“Get quiet and get into the body.” It’s all inside:

  • the information we seek,

  • The guidance we desire,

  • healing we need.

Jenny has helped clients heal from depression, cancer, MS and many other challenges. “Unfortunately we’re not taught how to listen [to the body],” says Jenny. But there’s hope. Jenny explains: “When we are in touch with our body, our body is talking to us all the time.”

Jenny would know…

She healed herself of 7 years of chronic illness in 3 weeks.

A simple realization galvanized Jenny’s approach to healing. She used it to heal herself, and then she took what she learned to heal others as well. Her approach can be summed up by a Carl Jung quote that she shares in her book, A Short Path to Change: 30 Ways to Transform Your Life:

“We aren’t here to heal our illnesses; our illnesses are here to heal us.”

Jenny took a short path to change. Now she offers the possibility of dynamic, swift change to her clients as well.

Would you like to change your life – quickly and easily?

What an inspirational story. I agree our bodies are sending us messages all the time we just have to be ready to listen which always easy to do.

Thanks Julie. Yes, if we just listen there is so much there for us!

As you know I completely believe that healing is ‘an inside job’ and yet so many people continue to search for it outside of themselves. Another thing I also believe is that we all are drawn to different things at different times in our lives and each step is a learning, and often a healing, step on the healing journey. Sometimes it appears or we think that the ‘thing’ that ultimately led to transformation or healing, was the thing, and yet in my experience, it is a culmination and combination of All the things we have done. When we heal ourselves, we heal the world too, so each step matters. Thanks for sharing Jenny’s new program with us all, Reba, and I know she’ll attract the perfect group who are ready and willing to heal!

Thanks so much, Beverley. Yes, it is always a question of the right thing at the right time. That is why at AtoZ Healing Space we offer a workshop on a new topic every month; it will touch some more deeply than others, and surely, everyone will find at least a few modalities and topics that really resonate with them. I hope you will consider joining us for this amazing series of workshops!

“Our illnesses are here to heal us” – I love that way of thinking. The workshop sounds like a wonderful opportunity for people to learn how to go within and make positive changes.

Yes, I think Jenny’s workshop will be a great place to start. She is so practical and direct, I think that people who are open to making a change, but just need to know how, will get so much out of it. Thanks, Tamuria, I hope you will come and check it out!

  4. Andrea

Sounds like a fascinating workshop. It’s always interesting to bump into the next challenge… the one that leads us to the next “thing” and opens us up even better. Thanks for sharing.

Exactly, Andrea! I’ve been discovering so many incredible healers and modalities – many through my show, Paint Yourself Into the Picture – and that led me to the vision of AtoZ Healing Space, where we can bring a ‘taste’ of these different healers and modalities to our community. I hope to see you there!

  6. Alene Geed

Great interview. Realizing that we can appreciate what we can do ..even with health limitations can allow the healing to begin. Changing the focus and knowing our cells constantly regenerate were two key takeaways for me

    • rebalinker Post author

Thanks Alene – those are two powerful takeaways! May they bring you ever greater health & joy! Thank you for your comment!

  7. Lori English

  8. Tandy Elisala

“We aren’t here to heal our illnesses; our illnesses are here to heal us.” YES YES YES! As you know, I really believe we have the power within to be, do and have anything. I’ve helped heal myself from cancer for goodness sake and more. Thanks for the great reminders!

    • rebalinker Post author

You are so welcome, Tandy. You are an amazing healer as well and your story is so incredible. I hope you will be joining us for some of the AtoZ activities!

  9. Jennifer Quisenberry

How inspiring. That quote from Jung is really profound. I’d never really thought about flipping the script like that. The idea of our illnesses being there to heal us is deep.

    • rebalinker Post author

Isn’t that such a powerful concept? Thanks for your comment, Jennifer!

  10. Lorii Abela

I attended one seminar before about business and it is interesting that the speaker said, that “You think you will learn about business here, huh! This stage is a healing platform.” I think whatever we do, is part of our healing process. This is similar to the thought that we are here in this world to discover who we really are.

    • rebalinker Post author

Yes! It is all about healing the self, whether we approach it via business, relationships, health or whatever. That was a brilliant business seminar leader! Thank you so much for your comment!

  11. Apolline Adiju

I like it when Jenny explains that “When we are in touch with our body, our body is talking to us all the time.” This is so profound and inspirational to me.

    • rebalinker Post author

Yes, it is a wonderful idea, isn;t it? And just think – we all have so many answers inside, and yet we are taught to run to experts without consulting ourselves first. So glad this is changing now! Thank you for your comment, beautiful Apolline!

  12. Cathy Sykora

Very inspiring. I love hearing about self healing success stories. This can help so many people get better from within!

    • rebalinker Post author

Yes – it so important to see these examples of self-healers. It helps us break up the brainwashing we may have received that we need someone else to do it for us! Thank you, Cathy!
